2. General characteristics of data processing on the website

The mobilvadaszles.hu website has no user registration, user accounts, webshop or online purchasing.

Visitors mainly provide personal data by using the contact form on the website.

In addition, the website may use technically necessary cookies and, with the visitor's consent, analytics cookies and similar technologies.

The use of non-essential analytics cookies is subject to the visitor's prior consent.

When the 3D configurator is used, the website keeps a technical log to protect the configurator content against unauthorised downloading and copying (see section 7).

3. Contact form

When using the contact form, the following data may be provided:

Purpose of the processing:

Where the processing is necessary for taking steps prior to entering into a contract, its legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR). In other cases of contact, the legal basis is legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: it is in the Controller's interest to answer the questions of people who contact it; the visitor initiates the contact and can therefore expect their data to be used for this purpose. The data subject may object to this (section 11).

Providing the data: the name, phone number, email address and message are needed to use the form. No law or contract requires them, but without them the form cannot be sent and we cannot answer the enquiry. The Controller can also be reached by phone and email (section 1).

The data entered in the contact form are not stored in a separate visitor or customer database maintained by the operator of the website. The message sent through the form arrives by email at b14hunting@gmail.com, where it may be stored as a consequence of how the email service works.

Forwarding the message: the form is received by the website's own program running on the hosting server, and is forwarded by email to the Controller's address through the mail server of the hosting provider (section 9); no separate form service is used. The incoming email is stored by Google's email service (section 13); this may involve a transfer of data outside the European Economic Area, the safeguards for which are set out in Google's applicable data protection terms.

Protection against abuse: to filter out unsolicited and mass messages, the server stores the sending times linked to an irreversible fingerprint of the IP address for up to one day. Legal basis: legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (protecting the website and the mailbox).

Retention period: the Controller retains the data provided for 2 years from the last contact and then deletes them. If the enquiry leads to a contract, the retention periods set out in section 5 apply from then on. In the event of a legal dispute, the Controller retains the data concerned until the matter is closed, at most until the claim becomes time-barred (5 years).

4. Email communication

Messages sent through the contact form arrive at b14hunting@gmail.com.

The Controller uses the personal data provided by email to handle and answer the enquiry and for any further discussions.

Retention period: the Controller retains personal data contained in emails for 2 years from the last exchange of messages and then deletes them. If the correspondence leads to a contract, the retention periods set out in section 5 apply from then on. In the event of a legal dispute, the Controller retains the emails concerned until the matter is closed, at most until the claim becomes time-barred (5 years).

5. Data processing in connection with contracts

If, after an enquiry, the visitor concludes a contract with the Controller for the custom manufacture and sale of a mobile hunting stand, the Controller processes the personal data stated in the contract: name or company name, address or registered office, company registration number, tax number, and in the case of a natural person place and date of birth, mother's name, email address and telephone number.

Purpose: concluding and performing the contract (manufacture, handover, first installation, warranty matters) and complying with accounting obligations.

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of the contract) and, for the invoicing name and address, Article 6(1)(c) GDPR (compliance with a legal obligation under the Accounting Act).

Retention period: the Controller retains the data necessary for performance of the contract for 5 years after the contract has been performed, and the invoicing data for 8 years from the issue of the invoice.

Processor: to comply with accounting obligations, the Controller forwards the invoicing data (name and address) to its appointed accountant, who may process the data only on the Controller's instructions.

Further information on the contract terms and data processing is given in section 11 of the Terms and Conditions.

6. Google Analytics

The website uses Google Analytics 4 to analyse website traffic and usage.

Google Analytics may use analytics cookies, including the _ga and _ga_* cookies.

The use of analytics cookies is subject to the visitor's prior consent.

The Google Analytics code is only loaded after the visitor's consent; without consent, the website does not connect to Google Analytics. If the visitor later withdraws consent, the website stops the use of analytics cookies through Google Consent Mode and deletes the _ga and _ga_* cookies.

Provider and data transfers: the service is provided by Google Ireland Limited. Processing the measurement data may involve a transfer of data outside the European Economic Area (in particular to the United States); the safeguards are set out in Google's applicable data protection terms. Please consider this risk before allowing analytics cookies. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which can be withdrawn at any time.

If consent is refused, non-essential analytics cookies are not enabled.

Retention period: user-level and event-level data processed in Google Analytics are deleted automatically by Google after 2 months. Aggregated statistics that cannot be linked to a person (such as the number of visitors per month) may be kept after that.

7. Protection of the 3D configurator

When the 3D configurator (/en/configurator) is loaded, the website releases the data needed to display it to the configurator page only. To this end, after the visitor has consented (in the cookie settings or on the configurator page), it sets a signed cookie (b14_jegy) valid for 30 minutes, and logs every request for the configurator's data. Before consent, this cookie is not created and the model is not downloaded.

Data processed: the time of the request, the visitor's IP address, the browser identification data (user agent), the name of the data requested and the outcome of the request. To calculate the hourly download limit, the server stores the request times, linked to an irreversible hash of the IP address, for no more than one day.

Purpose: protecting the configurator content, the 3D model and its data against unauthorised downloading, bulk requests and copying, and detecting and evidencing such attempts.

Legal basis: legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (protection of the Controller's intellectual property and trade secrets). The b14_jegy cookie is placed on the basis of the visitor's consent (Section 155(4) Eht.), given in the cookie settings window with the “3D configurator” switch or the “Accept all” button, or on the configurator page with the “Allow and load” button. Refusing is just as easy (“Reject all”, “Do not allow”). The decision is remembered in the browser (b14-consent) for 6 months, and we do not ask again until then. Consent can be withdrawn at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page. Without consent the 3D model is not shown; the rest of the page remains usable.

Retention: log entries are deleted automatically after 30 days; the b14_jegy cookie expires after 30 minutes. If an infringement is suspected, the Controller keeps the entries concerned until the matter is closed, and at most until the claim becomes time-barred (5 years).

The log is stored on the server of the hosting provider (section 9) and is not passed on to third parties, except for the email alert described below, which is sent by the hosting provider's mail server and received by the email service provided by Google (section 13). In the case of a suspicious request (bypassing the configurator or exceeding the download limit), the system sends an e-mail alert with the data of the entry concerned (time, IP address, browser) to the Controller's address b14hunting@gmail.com; the Controller keeps these alerts for no more than 30 days; if an infringement is suspected, it keeps the data concerned until the matter is closed, and at most until the claim becomes time-barred (5 years).

8. Cookies used

The following main cookies may currently be used on the website.

Necessary cookies

b14-consent
A local storage entry used to remember the visitor's cookie consent decisions (analytics and 3D model, separately): the decision, its time and the version of the notice. Valid for 6 months, after which we ask again; it can be changed or withdrawn at any time under “Cookie settings”.

The consent log
So that we can demonstrate your consent (Article 7(1) GDPR), the server logs one line for every decision saved: the time, the version of the notice, the two decisions (analytics, 3D model) and a random identifier created in your browser. We do not store an IP address or browser data; the identifier is not used for tracking and does not identify you. Legal basis: legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (being able to demonstrate consent). Retention: 3 years from the entry being made, after which the system deletes it. The log is kept on the hosting provider's server and is not passed to any third party. To prevent abuse, the server counts the entries sent, linked to an irreversible hash of the address, for no more than two hours. If you want to know what we recorded about you, or wish to object, we can find your line by the identifier (the “id” field of the “b14-consent” entry in your browser).

b14_jegy
A cookie set after consent, valid for 30 minutes; without it the configurator data cannot be loaded (see section 7). Subject to consent.

b14-theme
Remembers the light or dark appearance chosen, in local storage. It is only created when the visitor switches themes, and stays in the browser until deleted.

b14-lang
Remembers the language chosen (Hungarian, English, German), in local storage. It is only created when the visitor switches language, and stays in the browser until deleted.

b14-scroll
Carries the reading position over to the new page when the language is switched, in session storage; deleted as soon as the new page has loaded.

b14-cfg-state
Keeps the colours and patterns set in the configurator so they are not lost when moving between pages, in session storage; only created when the visitor changes something, and deleted when the browser tab is closed. Your own image is not included.

b14_probe
Used by the 3D configurator, after consent, to check whether the browser allows cookies; deleted immediately and contains no data.

Analytics cookies

_ga
A cookie used by Google Analytics, related to measuring traffic and analytics data.

_ga_*
A cookie used by Google Analytics, which may relate, among other things, to measuring page views and other analytics data.

The use of analytics cookies is subject to the visitor's prior consent.

The detailed list of cookies, their purpose and retention period are set out in the separate Cookie notice.

9. Hosting provider

Hosting provider: Rackhost Zrt.

Registered office: Tisza Lajos körút 41., 6722 Szeged, Hungary

Company registration number: 06-10-000489

Tax number: 25333572-2-06

Email: info@rackhost.hu

Server logs: when the website is opened, the hosting provider's server, acting as a processor, may keep a technical log of the visitor's IP address, the time of the request, the address opened and browser data. The purpose is to operate the website securely and find faults; the legal basis is legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The hosting provider handles the logs according to its published data processing statement; the retention depends on the duration of the service and on the provider's own log retention periods, for which its public documents give no specific period, and the Controller will provide information on request. The hosting provider may also keep logs for its own system security and fraud prevention purposes as an independent controller, which is covered by its own privacy policy.

10. Data security

The Controller takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the personal data it processes against unauthorised access, alteration, loss, destruction and other unauthorised processing.

11. Rights of the data subject
